Wellness Connection of the Greater New Bedford Community Health Center is sponsoring an Asthma Fair for Adults and Children

NEW BEDFORD -- In celebration of Asthma Awareness Month, the Greater New Bedford Community Health Center is sponsoring an Asthma Fair for Adults and Children on Saturday, May 16, 2009 at its Wellness Connection, 874 Purchase Street. Staff members from the Health Center will offer presentations on the lungs and how Peak Flow Meters can help keep you out of the hospital as well as checks on breathing and oxygen levels. There will be special activities and prizes for children. Translators will be available.

The Asthma Fair will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2009 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Wellness Connection, 874 Purchase Street, New Bedford.
