Cathy Voltas, NP, Joins Pediatric Team at Greater New Bedford Community Health Center

NEW BEDFORD -- Cathy Voltas, Nurse Practitioner, has joined the Pediatric Department of the Greater New Bedford Community Health Center. She has extensive experience in the care of pediatric patients including critically ill neonates. She was also an Instructor at the Community College of Rhode Island and a Community Health Nurse in Taunton, MA where she cared for pregnant and parenting adolescents.

Ms Voltas received a Diploma in Nursing from St. Vincent Hospital School of Nursing, her BSN from Emmanuel College, and a Master of Science in Maternal-Child Health from Boston University. She received her post-graduate certificate from the University of Rhode Island Family Nurse Practitioner Program.
